- The QBCC licensed-contractors register (Queensland Government open data). We detect when a builder's licence is cancelled or drops off the register, or when its grade or class changes. ASIC insolvency notices are coming soon as an added signal. All of it is public record.
- Can you warn me before a builder collapses?
- No — and be wary of anyone who says they can. We do not predict, rate or score anyone. We tell you when a formal change appears on a public register. Real events, not guesswork.
- What can't you know?
- Private financial trouble, unpaid invoices to other subbies, disputes, or anything not published on a public register. A licence change is a signal worth acting on, but a quiet week is not a clean bill of health.
- How fast are alerts?
- We sync the QBCC register daily and email you the same day we detect a change on a builder you watch. (SMS delivery is coming soon.) Timeliness depends on QBCC's own register being up to date.
- Is this financial or legal advice?
